Arwyr - Life's a Box of Chocolates

Problem: He is not selling enough chocolate and needs some new ideas for how to boost sales in his shop.
We have had a very important visit from a gentleman called Mr Holt. He explained to us that he lives and works on Anglesey, and has his own chocolate shop called 'Melin Llynon', where they make and sell delicious chocolate Unfortunately, Mr Holt and his business are struggling to sell enough chocolate. Mr Holt has asked Dosbarth Mesen if they would be willing to help, by coming up with new ideas for how to boost sales in his shop.
What do we already know and what would we like to learn?
After our visit from Mr Holt, the children put their thinking caps on and wrote down some ideas they have about chocolate. These ideas included what they already know and what they would like to find out about chocolate.
